LCS Strategic Plan
The 2022-2029 Strategic Plan was written by the Strategic Planning Committee, which was composed of the entire Board, the Head of School, and people representing the parents/guardians, teaching faculty, and administrative staff. The process stretched over two academic years due to an inclusive and careful approach, as well as safety protocols due to the Covid pandemic. The Executive Summary for the strategic plan is below.
