Summer programming has been in full swing all summer and has included a lot of fun and engaging activities and projects for children. A few highlights of activities include:
- Cyanotype Sun-printing for zine-making
- Miniature painted glass greenhouses
- Garlic Harvest at the Land School
- Junior High Apprenticeship
- Bike Rodeos where the parking lot out front is cleared of all vehicles and the children get to bring their bikes or scooters to ride around the parking lot
- A professional naturalist who works for Wood Lake Nature Center who gave a presentation to Children's House
- So much more
Our summer programming keeps LCS spaces warm and loved. We hope our LCS community has had a rejuvenating summer also full of nature and fun!
