At Lake Country School, summer isn’t just a season—it’s a chance for children to grow, explore, and thrive. Our Elementary Summer Programs are thoughtfully designed for curious minds, adventurous spirits, and a growing sense of independence.
Rooted in Montessori principles and powered by hands-on learning, our camps offer an unforgettable blend of discovery and joy. Whether your child is digging in the garden, hiking in nature, or expressing themselves through art and music, they’re building confidence, connection, and a lifelong love of learning.
There are only a few spots open in our programs designed 1st–4th graders:
Each week is filled with nature exploration, journaling, music, Spanish, outdoor play, and a Friday talent/knowledge show. Programs run from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with optional Extended Day care from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM for an additional fee.
- Week 1: Summer Solstice (June 16–20)
- Week 2: Blossoms and Honeybees (June 23–27)
- Week 3: Summer Tree Study (July 7–11)
- Week 4: Weather (July 14–18)
- Week 5: Nature Adventure and Moths (July 21–25)
- Week 6: TBD – Kids Vote Week (July 28–August 1)
- Week 7: Senses Walk (August 4–8)
- Week 8: Summer Pond Study (August 11–15)
Lake Country’s summer programs are open to current LCS students and children from the wider community, making it a great opportunity to welcome new friends and deepen social connections.
