Position Overview
The Administrative Health Support will maintain and file all medical documentation, ensure medication is current, organized, and secure, including organizing all medication needed for daily administration, school trips and outings. This position works with the school nurse liaison provided by Minneapolis Public Schools regarding record keeping and assists with annual health screenings. This position will also work with children who are injured or not feeling well.

This position will also be the Covid Coordinator for the school. This work includes tracking and reporting data, communications with families and staff about protocols related to Covid testing, quarantining, and positive cases in the school community. 

Qualified candidates will be highly organized, be punctual with strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to understand basic health information, as well as being welcoming, responsible, flexible, and will enjoy working with and meeting the needs of children in a busy, fun, and respectful work and play environment.  No medical or PCA background or experience required.
