Extended Day

Extended Day Policy

Students must be supervised on school property prior to 8:45 am or after 4:10 pm. Lake Country offers three Extended Day Programs: Children’s House Midday (CHM) for 3-4 year olds, Children’s House extended day(CHED) for 3-6 year olds, and Elementary and Junior High Extended Day(EJED) for 6-14 year olds. Any child on LCS property not being directly supervised by a parent will be asked to join Extended Day.

Registration for CHED is done by contract for the time needed and billed monthly. EJED is drop in and billed monthy by attendance. Midday is full-week registration by contract only. Information regarding cost can be found on the application forms. Click here for the CHED/Midday contract form.

All extended day services end at 6:00 pm. Parents who repeatedly pick up their children after the 6:00 pm deadline may be asked to discontinue use of the CHED and EJED Programming.
